The base price includes the land, building construction with standard premium finishing, BPHTB, AJB, and BBN taxes. It also covers installation of 2200W electricity and PDAM water connection.
If your KPR is rejected by all our partner banks, we will refund your booking fee 100% with no deductions. We hold your booking securely while your application is processed.
All our residential properties come with individual SHM titles ready to be transferred to your name upon completion of payment.
